- Parents Unwilling to Participate
- Moderate to Severe Eating Disorders
- Non-English Speaking
- Severe Autism
- Low Intelectual Functioning
- Acute Danger to Themself or Others
- Medically Unstable
- Severe Drug Withdrawal Requiring Detox
