Licensed Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT)

LifeLine for Youth is looking for incredible Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our clinical team. The Clinical Therapist will perform individual, family, and group therapy as part of a team working with teens and their families.

LifeLine is a mental health and substance use treatment center for teens. We provide a full continuum of care with Residential Treatment, Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, and General Outpatient options. As a treatment center for youth, we expect all employees to be good role models for the youth and to live the values we are trying to teach. All employees must be drug, alcohol, tobacco and nicotine free and generally engaged in healthy activities in their lives.

Requirements:

*Must have a Master's degree and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Utah to provide therapy.

*Must be able to pass a background check

Salary and Benefits:

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

*Applicants not fully licensed that requires supervision start at $65,000-$75,000

We are looking for people willing to work weekends and who are flexible with their schedule.

LifeLine for Youth is looking for compassionate and hardworking people to work as direct care staff/mentors with the youth in our adolescent treatment program. The direct care staff will work under the direction of our clinical team providing supervision and the overall health and safety of our students. Our mentors have an opportunity to support youth in their journey and be a positive influence in their lives. The direct care staff also participate in activities with the youth and have opportunities to share their life experiences. Experience with mental health or substance use treatment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

Wage and Benefits: Wage dependent on experience and qualifications.

• Entry level with little or no relevant education or experience in a similar work environment would start at $16.00 an hour.
• Additional $2 differential pay for employees who work weekend shifts.

Job description

We are looking for nurses willing to work any of our Sunday-Saturday shifts 6pm-6am

LifeLine for Youth is looking to hire a few incredible and hard working Licensed Practical Nurses to work with youth in our adolescent treatment program. The nurses will work under the direction of our Director of Nursing, assisting with medication management, direct care and supervision, and the overall health and safety of our students.

Experience with psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
