Recreation

Appropriate recreational activities provide opportunities for fun, positive interactions, and improves growth and self-esteem.
The Recreation Program at LifeLine is a critical part of treatment. We believe it is critical that youth experience a variety of new activities and adventures to build self-esteem and provide some exposure to healthy activities they may want to include in their lives in the future. At LifeLine, all youth participate in daily exercise, and regular sports activities like basketball, volleyball, running, yoga, and much more. Our recreation program also includes regular adventure activities off-site like rock climbing, river rafting, snowshoeing, hiking, camping, biking and more.
