At LifeLine we strive to remain affordable, while maintaining the highest quality of care. The daily rate includes therapy, education, recreation, room and board (for RTC level), as well as all assessment and evaluation costs.

Insurance Coverage

We accept most major insurance – Currently, LifeLine is a contracted participating provider for in-network with SelectHealth (including Select Care, Select Med, Select Value, SelectHealth CHIP), All Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans BCBS (including Regence, Anthem, Blue Cross Federal, Premera, and all others), DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefits Administrators).  Most other insurance is accepted as out-of-network at LifeLine, including Cigna, Aetna, Molina, United Healthcare (United Behavioral Health, Optum), GEHA and more. If your insurance plan has a benefit, our skilled team will do better than any company around at authorizing and getting your insurance to pay everything that your plan allows. However, many insurance plans may not cover all of the treatment that is recommended, but we will work hard to capture all that we can. Give us a call, and we can explore your plan benefits and give you an estimate of what coverage we might expect from your insurance.

If you have no insurance coverage, or your plan denies coverage, you will be eligible for a partial scholarship that allows us to discount our normal rates significantly in an effort to be more affordable. At this time, there are no full-ride scholarships available.

Financing Options

Even with some insurance coverage and partial scholarships available, the remaining cost for comprehensive, long-term treatment can really add up and seem out of reach for many families in need of services. For this reason, we have a partnership with Prosper Healthcare Lending to provide financing options and payment plans at affordable rates.
